When showing homes to potential clients you always want to arrive early whenever possible. This allows you time to collect your thoughts, prepare your paperwork and most importantly, to look over important information about the home. I can’t tell you how many clients I hear stories from that complain about agents who don’t know anything about the listing they are seeing.
